Prices
All prices stated on the website are in Singapore Dollars.
Payment Methods
We are able to accept payment by any one of the following methods:
1. PayPal
You can make payment on this platform using your PayPal account balance, or any one of the major credit cards accepted on this payment system. If you opt to pay using your credit card, you will not be required to have a PayPal account in order to make payment.
2. Stripe
Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment system that facilitates payment via credit card and your Stripe wallet. Stripe accepts MasterCard, VISA and American Express. You may opt to store your credit card details for ease of future purchases.
3. PayNow
We are not able to accept cash on delivery.
Refund Policy
All sales are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We will not be able to cancel an order once payment is confirmed. We accept returns for a refund or exchange only if a wrong item was delivered or the item was damaged in transit.
If you would like to request for a refund or exchange of item, please drop us an email at hello@awesomewomenseries.com within 7 days from the date of your order.
SHIPPING
Domestic (Singapore)
For orders within Singapore, your order will be sent via courier at a flat rate of SGD 4.50 for total items under 5kg (to one address) as soon as possible (within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated). If you need your orders urgently (i.e. within 1-2 business days), please write to us at hello@awesomewomenseries.com.
We offer free Singapore local delivery for orders above SGD 80.
International
For orders that are outside of Singapore, they will be delivered via Standard International Courier (i.e. fulfilled by Speedpost either by land or by ship). Cost of shipping fees will be calculated upon check out based on the total weight of the products and the country that it will be delivered to. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.
For expedited deliveries, please write to us at hello@awesomewomenseries.com for a freight quote. All taxes and import fees are to be borne by the customer.
